Some Stores Offer Discounted Old Clothes Exchange
We all probably have a few outfits that we no longer wear in the closet. If you are looking to buy new clothes, some shops will allow you to exchange those old clothes for a discount.
On ShopSmart, they list several stores that allow exchanges, including:
- H&M Fashion Campaign Live
- Fashion project Nordstrom
- Shabby Patagonia Clothes
ShopSmart advises that not all chain stores participate in the programs, and policies vary. Call to find out how local regulations work before loading your machine. Even if your favorite store isn’t listed, ask if they have a similar donation program in exchange for a discount.
