What’s Your Best Home Workout so Far?
Guys, we need to talk. Although my body needs exercise more than ever, my brain is drained. I continue to do strength training on my own , but I have to admit that I love the idea of conveying the decisions about how to train to someone on screen who will make sure I have a good time.
So this month we will try to have fun together. I want to hear about your best home workout. Not necessarily the most efficient or the most exhausting, but one in which you get the most pleasure.
Our Editor-in-Chief swears about Ryan Heffington ‘s Sweatfest workouts live on Instagram. The choreographer and director are dancing, and you are watching them. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but this interview on Vulture describes what it feels like: “It’s liberating. This is therapy. ” It is also intended for people who cannot dance.
Several gyms and studios also host live streams, including Equinox . Here ‘s a skipping rope workout with a keen instructor. Or maybe you would prefer the soothing voice of Yoga with Adrien , which set the theme of “parenting” this month.
So let us know what you have been working on. Anything is fair play if you find it enjoyable and accessible to your fellow readers. We’ll pick one workout or channel to spend together every week, and then get back together to talk about how it went. What should we try first?
