Cancel Your Quibi Subscription Before the 90-Day Free Trial Ends
Quibi, the new short format streaming service for your mobile devices, has been around for almost three months now. This means that if you went all-in with Quibi in the beginning with its 90-day free trial, your promo period will expire sometime in the next month and the subscription fee will remain in effect unless you cancel it.
The platform originally offered a 90-day free trial to anyone who signed up prior to its April 6 launch, but later extended the promotion for subscriptions throughout April. And given that the platform has crashed and the company’s finances are a disaster , you probably won’t want to pay for it.
Even if you cancel your subscription now, you will still have access to Quibi content until the end of your three-month trial period. So if you haven’t watched Quibi as much as you’d expect and don’t want to receive the $ 4.99- $ 7.99 fee, cancel your subscription before your trial expires.
Quibi subscriptions will be billed through the Apple or Android account connected to the device you used to register, so you will need to go through either the Quibi app or your iOS or Google Play Store settings to cancel. We’ve got a whole guide on how to undo Quibi , but here are the highlights:
In the Quibi app, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner. Tap My Account> Change Subscription Plan> Manage Subscriptions . On the next page, click Quibi> Cancel and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
On your Apple device, you can also go to Settings and click on your Apple ID> Subscriptions . Select Quibi, click Cancel and follow the instructions. If you are an Android user, go to your Google Play Store and open the side menu. Click Subscriptions> Quibi> Unsubscribe and follow the instructions .
