How to Attend DC Jazz Festival Performances Virtually

Like many other live events this year, the DC Jazz Festival has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the fluid sound of some of the world’s best jazz musicians. While the official live stream has been postponed for now , Home Series DCJazzFest streams new concerts every Saturday for you to watch and listen to.
The weekly event takes place on Saturdays at 7:00 pm ET and is streamed on both DCJF’s YouTube channel and their Facebook page . Each show features either previously unseen footage from previous JazzFest performances or live broadcasts of alumni DCJF artist performances.
While live performances are free, viewers are encouraged to consider making a contribution to the Artist Support Fund to directly support both featured artists and DCJF’s Music Education Program , which provides academic instruction to students in the DC Metro area.
