Support USPS With Fast Text
If you are concerned about apparent attempts to deprive the United States Postal Service of the funds it needs to process an upcoming stream of newsletters in the mail, a text message can help. (If you’re thinking, “Wait, what’s going on with the USPS», please take the time to go here and catch up I know that everything seems important now, but it could very well affect the outcome of the election, if you leave a huge amount. unaccounted votes.)
Of course, you can (and should) also call your reps – here’s a simple script and instructions on how to do it. But the influx of emails doesn’t hurt either, and it only took two minutes from start to finish. To start, it’s simple:
Resistbot is a 501 (c) 4 that helps voters send letters directly to their elected representatives and to newspapers. Here is the email that Resistbot sent on my behalf (I signed the number 1 175 630 this morning):
To send a letter, you need to provide your first and last name, your mailing address (to check which senators and representatives should receive your letter) and your email address in order to receive a confirmation code.
