The Galaxy Watch Ultra smartwatch excels in one key area: its outdoor features. If you’re an avid hiker or athlete who spends a lot of time outdoors, this is a worthy choice. Like any good rugged watch, this model is rugged, crafted from grade 4 titanium and rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. It’s also suitable for use at high altitudes (up to 9,000 meters) and can withstand pressures up to 10 atmospheres (approximately 100 meters underwater). A built-in siren will help in case of emergency. The screen is a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED display, brighter than previous Samsung smartwatches with an AMOLED screen. The only drawback is its limited size: 47 mm.
The watch runs Samsung’s WearOS and features 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Its 590mAh battery is among the best in its price range, making it ideal for extended outdoor use. Without power-saving modes, the watch will last 60 hours, but with power-saving modes enabled, it can last up to 100 hours.
