This Powerful Anker Powerhouse Is Now on Sale for 46% Off.
Since I bought the generator, I’ve been able to sleep a little more soundly during thunderstorms, confident that I’ll have everything I need if the power goes out. Generators are expensive, so it’s best to buy them during sales rather than when a thunderstorm is imminent or the food in the refrigerator is spoiling due to a power outage.
Now’s the perfect time to buy: the Anker SOLIX S2000 is on sale for 46% off, priced at $649.99 (original price: $1,199). The S200 is perfect for those living in areas with frequent power outages or needing a compact yet powerful portable power station for camping. According to Anker, it can power an average refrigerator for 35 hours, giving you an idea of its power.
Don’t let the Solix S2000’s size or weight fool you. Despite its small dimensions (8.2 x 11.1 x 12.7 inches (L x H)) and relative weight (approximately 36 pounds), it packs a 2010 Wh battery capacity. According to PCMag’s “excellent” review , the Solix S2000 delivers an unusually high percentage of its rated capacity while consuming surprisingly little power in standby mode when running variable loads like refrigerators and routers. It’s extremely quiet in operation, and the Anker app is one of the best portable power station apps I’ve used.
There are two AC ports on the back and three more on the front. Also on the front are two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, and a solar port that allows you to connect an optional Anker solar panel for charging.
To give you an idea of how long the S2000 will last, if you use this power station and charge it every day, it will last you about 15 years (10,000 charge cycles) before the battery wears out significantly. That’s a very long lifespan for a small power station. If you don’t have a solution for powering your essential appliances in an emergency, this is a great option with a significant discount of 46%.
