This TCL 65-Inch QLED TV Is Now on Sale for 40% Off.

I’ve been recommending TCL QLED TVs as excellent value for money since I tested the QM7 last year. Over time, TCL has continually improved its price-performance ratio. Last week, I reported on a great deal on the more premium QM8L model , and now it’s the turn of the mid-range version, the QM7L.

The 65-inch version is currently priced at $897.99 (original price: $1,499.99) after a 40% discount. This is the lowest price this 2026 mini LED TV has ever reached, according to price tracking tools . Other sizes are also heavily discounted, and you can save an additional $ 50 or $100 if you bundle the TV with a TCL audio system.

The QM7L model sits between the more affordable QM6K and the more premium QM8L. It’s available in sizes from 55 to 98 inches. The number of dimming zones varies depending on the screen size; the 65-inch version has 1,152 zones, delivering high contrast and deep blacks even in scenes with bright highlights (especially noticeable in the subtitle area).

This TV’s advertised maximum brightness is 3,000 nits, but reviews suggest it’s actually higher—up to 3,500. The glossy display can help reduce glare from sunlight, but you’ll notice rainbow-colored streaks if there’s direct light in front of the TV. The QM7L’s biggest drawback is color accuracy. Similar reviews note that the image will appear warmer than expected, and HDR content will have a blue tint. However, the TV can always be calibrated .

What do you think at the moment?

The QM7L’s main advantage is its value for money . The 65-inch version is over $600 lower than the QM8L , making it a smart choice for those looking for premium features and specifications without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for a great deal on a mid-range QLED TV in 2026, this is the perfect option.
