It’s still an expensive gaming monitor, but it’s also quite unique—its 39-inch OLED screen has a 5K2K resolution, a 21:9 aspect ratio, and a 1500R curvature radius. LG claims it’s the first 39-inch OLED gaming monitor with 5K2K resolution, and its 143 ppi pixel density is noticeably higher than that of the larger 45-inch LG 45GX950A-B . This should make text and fine UI elements sharper, making it a better choice for those who combine gaming and computer work.
Depending on the game you’re playing, you have some flexibility—at full 5K2K resolution, the refresh rate reaches 165Hz, which is sufficient for most fast-paced games if your PC can handle that many pixels.
