New to Prime Day? We’ve prepared a comprehensive guide for you, covering everything you need to know . Discount information is current at the time of publication, but prices and availability are subject to change.
Prime Day is in full swing, and great deals on tech are plentiful. Amazon’s annual Prime Day sale offers discounts on a wide range of devices, including smart speakers, headphones, and smartphones. If you’ve been planning to upgrade your tech in the near future, now is the time.
With Amazon Prime Day underway, the best tech deals I’m seeing are on Amazon products across a wide range of the company’s brands. This is great if you were already planning on buying Amazon products, but I don’t usually like to highlight every single thing Amazon has on sale. So I’ve listed a few options here, but keep in mind that if Amazon releases something, it’s likely on sale now.
AirPods Pro 3 headphones are on sale for $70.
There are plenty of headphone options on the market, but if you’re already a fan of the Apple ecosystem, AirPods are arguably the best choice. Yes, they sound great, but they also pair and sync with all your devices. You can switch from listening to music on your iPhone to watching YouTube videos on your iPad without re-pairing. Although AirPods Pro 3 were discounted before Prime Day, you can still get them for $179, just $10 more than their all-time low price.
AirPods Max 2 headphones are on sale at a 27% discount.
I adore my AirPods Max, but I can rarely recommend them. They sound great, are perfect for flying, and, at least in my opinion, are quite comfortable. But their price of $549 is simply ridiculous. There are so many excellent over-ear headphones on the market for much lower prices that I can rarely recommend them—unless, of course, they’re on sale.
As part of the Prime Day promotion , Amazon is selling the AirPods Max 2 in black for $399. That’s still a hefty price tag for earbuds, but the AirPods Max are slightly closer in price to top-end wireless earbuds from other brands. For that price, you get all the benefits of other AirPods models, including easy pairing with other Apple devices and lossless playback via USB-C.
Beats Solo 4 headphones are on sale for 50% off.
If you’re looking for Apple headphones but are a little put off by the AirPods Max price, Beats might be a better option. Since Apple owns Beats, you’ll get the same easy pairing benefits as AirPods, but at a lower suggested retail price. For over-ear headphone lovers, there’s the Beats Solo 4 , which is currently on sale for $99.95 (down from $199.95). The Solo 4 offers up to 50 hours of battery life on a single charge and supports lossless playback via USB-C. If over-ear headphones are more your style, consider the Beats Studio Pro for $149.95 (down from $199.95). They offer up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, noise cancellation, and also support lossless playback via USB-C.
Sony WH-CH520 headphones are on sale at more than half price.
Sony isn’t known for its flashy names, but that doesn’t affect the quality of its products. While Sony headphones can be expensive, the company also offers mid-range and budget options. For example, the Sony WH-CH520 headphones are on sale for just $33 during Prime Day (a 53% discount from $69.99). These over-ear headphones have a battery life of up to 50 hours. Like other modern wireless headphones, the WH-CH520 can be connected to two devices simultaneously, so you can switch between your phone and laptop as needed.
Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are 27% off.
Bose has long been known for its noise-canceling technology, but it also makes some of the highest-quality headphones on the market . Therefore, the QuietComfort Ultras headphones aren’t cheap, with a suggested retail price of $449. But during the Prime Day sale, you can get them for $269, a 40% discount. These over-ear headphones offer up to 24 hours of playback on a single charge. They also support spatial sound and can connect to Bose soundbars to play TV audio.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 is available with a $100 discount.
If you’re looking for a new Android smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S26 is currently on sale for $200 off, bringing the price down to $699.99. The company’s latest flagship smartphone features three rear cameras (including a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens), a 6.3-inch 1080p AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 7 Elite Gen 5 processor, and 256GB of RAM. If you need more storage, the Galaxy S26 with 512GB of storage is also on sale for the unbeatable price of $869.99.
The Google Pixel 10a is $100 off.
Similarly, Google’s budget Pixel 10a costs just $399 , a 20% reduction from its original price of $399. While the 10a’s Tensor G4 processor is inferior to the Snapdragon 7 Elite Gen 5 chip in the S26, performance isn’t everything. Google’s “a” series typically combines user experience with affordability. (The company also has an advantage in developing both Pixel hardware and Android software.) Reviews suggest that the cameras on both devices are excellent, so for most people, the choice comes down to platform preference. If you’re a die-hard Galaxy fan, the extra cost may be worth it. But if you want a solid Android smartphone at a lower price, the 10a is a great option, especially with this discount.
Apple Watch Series 11 is on sale at 30% off.
If you’re looking for a new smartwatch after Apple discontinued your model with watchOS 27 , Prime Day is a good time to shop. The Apple Watch Series 11 is currently 30% off , down from $399 to $279 . If you’re looking for the cellular model , the price is 24% off, down from $499 to $379. The Series 11 is Apple’s latest and greatest Apple Watch, featuring a brighter, larger display, hypertension notifications, an ECG scanner, a blood oxygen monitor, and 24 hours of battery life. However, if you just want a basic smartwatch that connects to your iPhone, consider the SE 3. Amazon is currently selling it for 20% off, down from $249 to $199. While it doesn’t have some of the Series 11’s most impressive features, it’ll likely handle most of the tasks you use your Apple Watch for $80 less.
LG 65-inch OLED TV is 14% off.
I haven’t tested many TVs in my life, but I’ll sing the praises of OLED technology to anyone who’ll listen. There are plenty of great TV technologies out there, but OLED is something special. Each individual pixel has its own backlight, so when it has nothing to display, it can turn off instead of fading to gray. The contrast is off the charts, especially compared to a TV with a traditional backlight. My favorite bonus? In a dark room, the black bars disappear, leaving you with only the image itself.
There are plenty of OLED TVs on the market, but I have an LG. Even though I haven’t upgraded in almost ten years, Amazon is currently offering a 14% discount on this 65-inch model. It’s not the biggest discount ever, but if you’re considering upgrading to OLED, it’s a great choice. If you’re looking for a smaller TV, Amazon is offering a substantial 43% discount on this 48-inch Samsung OLED TV .
Amazon Fire TV Cube is currently 36% off.
I’m not a huge Amazon fan, but as I mentioned above, most Prime Day bonuses apply to Amazon’s own devices. For example, if you’re looking for a new streaming device, you’ll find plenty of the company’s Fire products already discounted. Perhaps the best deal I’m seeing right now is the Fire TV Cube , which is currently 36% off—at least its lowest price in the last three months, according to Keepa. The Cube has all the benefits of Amazon’s streaming offerings, including most HDR formats, Wi-Fi 6E and Ethernet, picture-in-picture mode, Alexa home theater, and the ability to connect other devices. However, if you only need 4K streaming, consider deals on Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K devices , which are cheaper than the Cube (the linked model is 42% off for just $35).
The eero 6+ Mesh Wi-Fi System from Amazon is 35% off.
Similarly, Amazon is currently offering a great deal on its eero 6+ Mesh Wi-Fi system . Mesh Wi-Fi is one of the best ways to extend Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home. Standard extenders take your Wi-Fi signal as is and “replicate” it over a greater distance; this can be useful for extending range, but if the signal was initially weak, it won’t do much. Mesh Wi-Fi, on the other hand, rebroadcasts Wi-Fi signals at full power from each “node,” which can significantly improve Wi-Fi network performance, especially in larger homes. The eero 6+ Mesh system is listed at $299.99, but Amazon has it for $194.99.
The Amazon Echo Dot Max is 35% off.
Almost all Amazon smart speakers are discounted during Prime Day, from basic models to the most expensive options. But I think most people are interested in Amazon’s mid-range speaker, the Echo Dot Max , which usually retails for $99.99. It’s currently 35% off and costs $64.99, down from its early May price. This speaker competes directly with Apple’s HomePod and the new Google Home Speaker .
