Visit the Contact Us page on the Amazon website .

Under ” Can’t find what you’re looking for?” select “Something else .”

Select the option ” I need help with something else.”

Once you’re connected to the support chat, say ” Request a phone call.”

Select “It’s something else.”

Say ” No.” Ask to call back.

A new Amazon window will open, offering the option to use the “Call Me Back” service.
