The price of a tablet bought a couple of years ago at a discount usually comes down to one thing: how much performance do you really need? Since this is a 2022 release, it doesn’t have the latest hardware or a long upgrade window, but for basic, predictable use, the lower price may outweigh these shortcomings.
In everyday use, this iPad feels familiar, which works in its favor: apps open quickly, streaming remains smooth, and video calls are seamless. Its A14 Bionic chip may not be the latest, but it still handles everyday tasks comfortably, whether switching between multiple apps, editing documents, or playing YouTube videos in the background while browsing the web. It features a crisp and bright 10.9-inch display, and the front-facing camera is positioned in landscape mode, which significantly improves the experience when using it on a desk for Zoom or FaceTime. Storage limitations may begin to show.
