Essentially, the Nitro Deck addresses one of the most common Nintendo Switch issues: Joy-Con stick drift. But it’s not a traditional controller—it’s a full-size enclosure that fits your Nintendo Switch and locks into place with a simple latch system that provides a secure fit without causing discomfort. Once installed, it feels more like a real controller with a screen attached—the grips are thicker and shaped more like those on standard console controllers, giving your hands something to rest on instead of the Joy-Con. The sticks are full-sized, the triggers have more travel, and the back has four assignable buttons for those who like customizing their controls.
You still get motion controls and rumble, as well as a USB-C pass-through port for charging or video output.
