Samsung’s Unpacked 2026 presentation is just around the corner . On Wednesday, February 25, Samsung will take the stage in San Francisco to make several major product and feature announcements. However, unlike some other major tech companies, Samsung isn’t holding anything back. The company has already announced it will unveil the next Galaxy S series, and while it hasn’t yet named it, it’s safe to assume it will be the Galaxy S26 series. Rumors also suggest Samsung has a slew of other updates in store, including the announcement of new Galaxy Buds 4 earbuds and Galaxy AI technology.
Judging by leaks and rumors, the S26 series will likely be a minor annual update to the S25 series, which is expected from a major smartphone manufacturer like Samsung. While there may not be any particular incentive to upgrade from the S25 series, users of older Galaxy devices, or older smartphones in general, may appreciate the processor and camera improvements. Unique features, such as “Privacy Display,” which can make it difficult for others to see the screen when they’re not looking directly at it, may also be introduced.
