If you filed a class action lawsuit against Apple last year regarding Siri, your payments are already on their way. According to the settlement website , payment distribution began on January 23rd, and many Reddit users report that funds have arrived in their bank accounts and payment apps in the past few days.

If you see a deposit message from “Lopez Voice Assistant” or something similar, it’s not a scam. As part of the settlement, class action lawsuit participants were allowed to choose their payment method: direct bank transfer (ACH), electronic check, or paper check, delivered via email or regular mail, respectively.

Some program participants report receiving funds in a different way than expected, so if you’ve applied, please monitor your transactions and email inboxes to confirm receipt. Please note that payments are processed in batches and may take several days.
