These Bose Noise-Canceling Headphones Are Selling at Their Lowest Price Ever

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are currently on sale for $155.99 on Woot, the lowest price they’ve ever reached, according to price trackers . That’s a big drop from their original price of $279.99, and still well below Amazon’s current deal of $229.99 . This particular deal runs for the next 12 days (or until it sells out), and includes free shipping for Prime members . Buyers without Prime will have to shell out an extra $6 for shipping. That said, shipping is limited, and it’s not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Additionally, these earbuds come with Woot’s 90-day limited warranty instead of Bose’s full coverage.
The QuietComfort Earbuds II block out both low-frequency noise and high-frequency sounds in a way that feels pretty flawless. It’s this performance that earned them our pick as PCMag’s best earbuds of 2022. The audio itself is tuned to favor bass and treble, so podcasts stay clear and music doesn’t lose its intensity. Battery life is decent, with about six hours with the earbuds and another 18 hours from the case. But one tradeoff worth noting is that the case doesn’t support wireless charging, which feels like an oversight at this price point. Plus, there’s no way to turn off ANC entirely — you’re either in full block mode or using the “Aware” setting, which filters out some ambient noise.
In terms of design, these are true wireless in-ear headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC) and an IPX4 waterproof rating (good enough for working out or light rain). You get Bluetooth 5.3, support for AAC and SBC codecs (but no AptX), and four built-in microphones in each earbud that improve ANC performance and call quality. The touch controls are easy enough, and while the companion app lets you tweak the equalizer settings, the feature set is pretty barebones. You can adjust the bass, mids, and treble, and draw your own EQ curve, but you can’t save presets, this PCMag review notes.
