This Fingerprint Door Lock That’s Also a Camera and Doorbell Is $110 Off on Prime Day

Prime Day 2025 runs from Tuesday, July 8 through Friday, July 11, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price tracking tools.

The Eufy Video Smart Lock E330 tries to do a lot of things, and surprisingly, it does most of them well. Now priced at $189.98 on Prime Day (down from the usual $299.99), this hybrid device is part doorbell , part security camera, and part keyless lock. The fingerprint scanner, camera, touchpad, and doorbell are all built into a single, uncluttered panel. Even the keyhole is hidden behind the doorbell button. It’s the kind of gadget that seems useless until you realize how seamlessly it fits into your everyday life. PCMag even named it the best smart lock of 2023 , praising its versatility and solid performance.

What makes the E330 stand out is how many ways it gives you to get into your home. You can open the door with a fingerprint, a PIN, an app, your voice via Alexa or Google Assistant, or just a regular key. As for video quality, its built-in 2K camera is clear enough to recognize faces, and the dual motion sensors (PIR and radar) do a great job of distinguishing people from passing cars, notes this PCMag review . Video is stored locally with 8GB of onboard storage, but it also works with Eufy’s HomeBase 3 , allowing you to expand the storage to a whopping 16TB if needed. And since it’s IP65 weather-resistant, you don’t have to worry about dust or rain ruining its electronics. The battery is rechargeable and should last about four months on a single charge, depending on use. And while the E330 doesn’t support Apple HomeKit or IFTTT, it makes up for it with solid performance and a simple app that lets you control everything from access codes to motion alerts.
