Bose QuietComfort Headphones Are Now on Sale at Their Lowest Prices Ever
The Bose QuietComfort headphones , available in smoke white, black and cool lilac , are currently $129 (down from $179), their lowest price ever, according to price trackers.
The touch controls on these headphones are said to be quite responsive, with a light tap allowing you to control your media files. You can also customize features like noise cancellation, equalizer settings, and Aware mode through the companion app. However, their slightly bulkier design may not be the most comfortable for long-term listening (though they do come with three pairs of wings and attachments to help you find what’s right for you). The earbuds also have an IPX4 water resistance rating, making them suitable for light rain or sweat, although that protection doesn’t extend to the charging case like the AirPods 4 (currently $169, down from $179).
Bose is practically the gold standard in noise cancellation, but according to this PCMag review , the QuietComfort headphones don’t block as much low- and mid-range noise as the QuietComfort Ultra ($229, down from $299). Despite this, they provide high overall performance. Equipped with 10mm drivers, these headphones deliver clear, balanced sound across a wide frequency range (20Hz to 20kHz) for an immersive listening experience to music, podcasts and more. However, they lack advanced features such as spatial audio and Google Fast Pair.
On the other hand, they offer Bluetooth multipoint connectivity so you can connect two devices at the same time. Codec support includes AAC and SBC, which should satisfy most users, although high-resolution audio fans may want to skip options like LDAC. Bose claims the QuietComfort headphones can last up to 8.5 hours with noise canceling turned on, and the charging case provides an additional 31.5 hours—enough to get you through a busy day with ease. Charging is also convenient, with support for both USB-C and Qi wireless charging available.
