This Water Irrigator Costs Half the Price of Oral-B.

If you’re not a fan of regular dental floss (and who is, really?), you might want to try the Nicwell Water Dental Flosser , now $27.99, down from $49.99. For an extra dollar or two, you can also get it in cute colors like pink and blue.

Here’s what you get in the package: three standard attachments, a tongue scraper, and a brush attachment for people with braces or dental implants. In terms of operation, you can choose from four modes: normal, soft, pulse and custom. Normal mode, although it uses standard pressure, some reviewers note that it is quite strong and harsh. If you have sensitive gums, you should probably stay away from this mode and set your preferred pressure to Custom mode. Helpful tip: Always press the power button after placing the nozzle in your mouth to avoid unexpected splashes.

In terms of battery life, this waterproof stylus is claimed to last up to two weeks on a full charge, and only takes about four hours to charge. One user mentioned that they used it twice a day and it lasted a week on a full charge. Several users also noted some issues with the tank lid’s fit, especially the hinge, which feels a little loose and flimsy.

When comparing the Nickwell Water Dental Flosser and the Oral-B Advanced Cordless Water Flosser, they overall seem very similar, especially in terms of cordless design and portability. Both come with multiple attachments, but Nickwell gives you more options with five attachments compared to Oral-B’s two attachments. They are both waterproof and have a decent water tank. In both cases, you will find multiple flossing modes; Oral-B’s modes are preset and Nicwell allows for full pressure customization. Nicowell is a budget option at $27.99 (down from $49.99), while Oral-B, with similar features, costs more at $73.58 (originally $89.99).
