What’s New on Paramount+ and Showtime in June 2024

Paramount+, in partnership with Showtime, will premiere new seasons of its two flagship series in June. First up is “The Mayor of Kingstown” (June 2), a Paramount+ original drama starring Jeremy Renner as Mike McLuskey. Season three offers a deeper look into McCluskey’s past and justice in a Michigan prison town.

Criminal Minds: Evolution (June 6) is the second season of the revamped CBS procedural, which picks up two weeks after the final cliffhanger as an elite team of FBI profilers investigate the Gold Star mystery.

The service will also stream music content in June, including Let the Canaries Sing (June 4), a documentary about Cyndi Lauper’s career and advocacy, and How Music Got Free (June 11), a two-part documentary , produced by Eminem and LeBron James, tells the story of how technology like file sharing changed music in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

If you have Paramount+ with Showtime, there’s ISS (June 3), a sci-fi thriller that premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival. In the film, a crew of American and Russian astronauts aboard the International Space Station witness a nuclear war on Earth and are ordered to take over the station. Paramount+ users with Showtime will also be able to watch live broadcasts of the 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards (June 7) and the 77th Annual Tony Awards (June 16), which will be available to all subscribers the following day.

Everything else will go into service in June. Please note that titles marked with an asterisk are exclusive to Paramount+With Showtime; everything else is also available to ad-supported plan subscribers. Those marked with two stars are available to Paramount+ With Showtime customers streaming live on CBS, as well as all next-day subscribers.
