Google Gemini Advanced Artificial Intelligence Is Ready to Compete With ChatGPT Plus
Google is finally ready to embrace ChatGPT. Google Bard is no more – it’s now Gemini , and like ChatGPT, it offers a free app and website where you can ask questions and get AI answers in return. But that’s not all: Google now has a new tier called Gemini Advanced that competes with ChatGPT Plus .
Gemini Advanced with Ultra 1.0 AI model
Gemini is now the single name for all of Google’s AI offerings: it is the name of their artificial intelligence model and consumer-facing product. The free version runs on Pro 1.0 (formerly Gemini Pro), but the new Gemini Advanced offers Google’s best AI model, Ultra 1.0, which you can get with Google’s One AI Premium plan for $19.99 per month. This subscription includes 2TB of cloud storage, all the benefits of a Google One subscription, and access to Gemini Ultra. Compared to ChatGPT Plus, purely from a cost perspective, the Google One plan offers a better deal. And right now, Google is offering a two-month free trial. You’ll soon be able to use Gemini AI features in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides, and Gemini Advanced will be available in more than 150 countries. All eyes on Gemini
The GPT 4.0 model from ChatGPT Plus is recognized as a leader in the field of artificial intelligence. He does everything from writing code to working with plugins. Gemini is Google’s answer.
Advanced Geminis should be more capable than Bards when it comes to complex tasks such as following detailed instructions, logical reasoning, programming, and creative collaboration. According to Google’s press release , Gemini Advanced also allows you to have longer, more detailed conversations with the bot and understands the context from previous prompts much better. (According to Google, this is a big improvement over Bard).
Google introduces Gemini as a partner for your creative and work projects, and as a way to help you brainstorm different types of creative ideas or come up with different solutions. For example, Gemini can help you solve complex programming problems by acting as a sounding board for your ideas and offering advice on how to solve them.
