After installing webroulette! add your favorite sites to the app. Start by clicking the menu button in the top left corner, browsing through the list of sites and adding the ones you like the most. When you’re done adding sites, click “Let’s Go!”. button in the upper right corner and start swiping. You’ll find yourself navigating from one site to another with ease and actually discovering a ton of interesting stuff that you might otherwise have missed.

Once you find something you like, you can bookmark it by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner. There’s also a Share button if you want to send anything you find to other people or post it on social media. You can find all the messages you bookmarked later by clicking the three lines icon in the top left corner and going to Favorites .

The best feature of Web Roulette! – just shake your iPhone. When you do this, a roulette animation will start and a random site will load (other than the ones you have chosen). This is very similar to StumbleUpon (RIP), a site randomizer that was extremely popular in its day.

As fun as web roulette! that is, it doesn’t have many features that are considered standard these days: no support for browser extensions, which can be a little inconvenient if, say, you want to read every site in dark mode . The app also lacks a reading mode , to make articles more pleasing to the eye.
