Dave’s Hot Chicken started as a solo parking lot pop-up in Los Angeles in 2017. Today it has a presence in 20 states and Washington, D.C. and is on track to become the fastest growing chain after opening its 100th location in Brooklyn, NY with 14 over the next five years more will open in Queens and Long Island. In honor of their 6th anniversary, they’re giving away their basic “slider” chicken sandwich for free when you download their app.
Their “one slider” comes from Nashville, Tennessee and comes with fried chicken on a potato bun with kale, pickles and Dave’s sauce. They cost $7.49 in New York, but prices vary by location. You can choose the level of spices, ranging from no spices to “slightly moderate” and “reaper” which comes with a disclaimer.

To get their free “slider” for chicken sandwiches, download their app , sign up to be a rewards member , and redeem the deal in store or online using the app, but you must log into your account and use the rewards app regardless where you decide to order. When applying in the app or on the website, apply the offer when you check out.
You have until May 2 to upload and claim the deal, but you have until May 7 to redeem the free sandwich. It comes with a standard “participating locations only” disclaimer, so call ahead if you’re going in person.
