Rub Out Frozen Chili Pepper Directly Into Food

Eating spicy foods can be exciting and funny, but when you get a surprise in the form of a semi -inch piece of pure fiery chili pepper, then the dish can turn into a terrifying struggle for survival. For a dish in which chili pepper is used to create powerful, aromatic severity, and not for scamers, finely rub frozen chili pepper directly into the dish to get piquant pepper dust, which does not exhaust your taste receptors.

Thai food often includes pieces of roughly chopped Thai chili (also called chili from a bird’s eye view). When I grew up on this dish, I fell in love with spicy foods, and sweat from chili pepper is part of this trip, but there are too many large pieces of Chile, and I have to refuse them. Therefore, at home I stopped cutting Chile pepper and began to rub it. This relieves me of the need to give up semi -finished products, and I can really appreciate the taste of pepper.

I buy wholesale Thai pepper chili and freeze it. Since they are very sharp, I use only a few at a time, and the rest hang in a deep freeze, where they are stored for at least six months. When I am ready, I take several and use the microplan to grate them into dishes while cooking. The freezing of a solid chili makes both the pulp and the seeds are hard enough to slide along the sharp teeth of the microplane, without gluing them. Small pieces of frozen pepper fall directly into a hot dish and melt, spreading their aroma and powerful capsaicin.

The rubbing of frozen acute pepper in the dish will help you control the number of spices in the dish, evenly distributing them all over the dish. Get chili in dishes at an early stage of cooking so that you can feel how heat develops, and build further. You can do this with any grade of chili pepper that you like, but the easiest way to grate peppers with a diameter of about half a inch or less. Try this method with Carry, fried potatoes, chili, soups or even an egg-bolt. This method can also bring relief to family members who have a different level of tolerance to spices. Those who appreciate the soft warmth can enjoy a softer basic level of spices, and anyone who wants to work on their sweating over the upper lip can take a microplane and grate additional pepper into their bowl.
