16 Running Myths That Are Holding You Back
There are a lot of things to think about when you think about running: your pace, your shoes, are you stretching and strength training enough, and more. But it is also possible to rethink these things, and most of us do. (Including me, to be honest.) So, here’s a whole bunch of myths that we can erase from our brains right away and hopefully have more fun running when they’re gone.
