Technology is moving fast . Every year, new products hit the shelves, each bigger and better than the ones before. If you don’t resell all your devices before buying a new one, chances are you have at least one old smartphone or tablet sitting in the bottom of a trash can. However, this is not necessary: there can still be a lot of life in older phones and tablets, even if they can’t do everything a newer device can.
I’ve been thinking about putting my old tech to good use ever since Apple finally ended support for my iPad Air 2 after about eight years . Although I switched to a new iPad earlier this year, I still have an Air 2. It may be slow and won’t work with iPadOS 16 , but the iPad still works. I could sell it for a little more money, but I’d rather make it work.
