Most of us are busy and have something to juggle with. Maintain your sanity by showing a little selfishness about your time and making time for one thing only for yourself each day.

For most of us, stress is not a choice. Life is stressful. However, you can burn out if you are stressed for an extended period of time without a little refresh. Support yourself by doing what you love every day, like reading a book, at the gym, eating some of your favorite foods, or watching an episode of your favorite TV show.
