Wavelength Lets You Legally Share Movies With Friends for Free

Internet: Sharing photos, YouTube videos, and other web content is easy, but until now, the easy way to share movies has been an uncharted area. Wavelength is a cloud movie library that links to your friends’ libraries for you to watch and share.

Wavelength is free and UV powered. You simply login with Facebook and connect to (or create) your UV library to get started. Get two free movies then download your collection via Ultraviolet. Click the Friends tab to select specific friends and watch their movies, or click the Find Movies tab to see all the movies you have access to and buy others. Your friends can do the same.

Wavelength is in public beta, which means the developers haven’t figured out the specifics yet, but it’s available to everyone. It has received a lot of attention over the past couple of days, so be patient if you run into mistakes. I had to update a couple of pages, but overall this is enough to give it a try if you have a little patience. Click on the link below to check it out.
