If pizza is your favorite treat, Emma Christensen of the food blog The Kitchn explains that there are two key parts to freezing your own pizza: you partially bake the crust before placing it on top, and freeze it (about 3-5 minutes at 450 ) and you wrap the pizza twice in plastic wrap and aluminum foil before freezing it. In addition, the pizza recipe can be changed as desired. With this method, you can make three or four frozen pizzas to your liking for the price of one “high quality” brand frozen pizza.
