Uber drivers get ratings, but so do as passengers. We found a handy script for determining your Uber passenger rating, but that loophole closed pretty quickly. It turns out there is a simpler way: just ask.
You can’t see your passenger rating in the app, which is frustrating for many, but that doesn’t mean your rating is a secret. Business Insider’s Rob Price learned that you can simply email Uber customer support and simply ask for your current rating. We contacted Uber customer support ourselves and they immediately let us know that this was the case. By email:
