Dropbox for Gmail Adds Dropbox Files to Emails With Ease
Chrome: Dropbox today released a beta version of its new Chrome extension, Dropbox for Gmail. As the name suggests, the extension lets you quickly add a link to a Dropbox file right from the Gmail web app.
When you compose a message, you will see the Dropbox icon at the bottom. Just click on it, select the files you want to include from your Dropbox account and they will be transferred to the recipient. It’s simple, but gets the job done in fewer clicks. It looks like it’s in beta at the moment, but we haven’t had any issues with it.
