How to Hide Your Home From Google Street View
Google Street View is great, but depending on when and how they take those photos, it can also be an invasion of your privacy. Luckily, your home is also easy to blur if you want.
The process of blurring part of the street image is quite simple :
- Find the image you want to delete in street view.
- Click “Report a Problem” in the lower right corner of the window.
- Fill out the form and click “Submit”.
You can hide the image because it is a face, car / license plate, house, or “Other”. Keep in mind that once you ask Google to apply the blur, it will be permanent, so keep that in mind.
