Finding motivation can be a constant challenge when it comes to work, but it can be a little easier when you find your motivators. These are the three signs you’ve found that really drive you forward.
A motivator is what gets you to work hard when you have something to work on. All people are different, so they can be anything from a good test to recognition or even an obvious one like money. Once you know what motivates you, you can try to adapt your role to do more of it.
