Add Tan to Your Salsa With a Little Sherry Vinegar

If you like to add unexpected flavor to your cooking, add sherry vinegar to your next salsa. You will add a flavorful zest to your dish and at the same time surprise (and hopefully delight) your guests.

Chef Julian Medina explains that you can take any tropical fruit like mango or pineapple and toss it into a pot of onions and cilantro. Then add some sherry vinegar and olive oil for a delicious salsa.
