How Did You Quit Smoking?
Ask any ex-smoker and he will tell you: quitting smoking is far from easy. In fact, many of them say it was the hardest thing they had to do. If you quit smoking, tell us how you did it.
There is no shortage of methods to help smokers quit smoking. The list goes on from cold turkey to hypnotherapy. But everyone has their own method (or combination of methods) that works best for them. What worked for you and why? Be sure to indicate:
- Method name : Cold turkey, plaster, medicine, specific book, etc.
- Smoking frequency : several times a week? A pack a day?
- Why this method worked the best: If you’ve tried other methods that didn’t work, please tell us about them as well. Explain why they didn’t work and talk about the hardest part of the process.
