Your plans after Tax Day may include drinking alcohol, so you might be interested in an offer from Coors, which is giving away 12 free packs of their strong seltzer. Here’s what you need to know.
How to get free seltzer
Coors entered the already crowded hard seltzer market in October 2020 with a slightly different partnership with the Change the Course initiative and a roster of projects. According to the company, 500 gallons of pure water is recovered for every 12-bottle pack of solid water purchased (though it’s not entirely clear how this happens).
Be that as it may, Coors is “giving away” 12 free packs of their alcoholic beverage from now until Tax Day, May 17th. They technically reimburse you for the cost as soon as you buy seltzer water from your local liquor store. This is how it works :
- Buy 12 Coors seltzer by May 17.
- Take a photo of the receipt.
- Upload a photo of the receipt here by May 24, 2021. The photo of the receipt must include the date of purchase, the location of the seller, and the name or code of the item (s) required to purchase.
- Your chargeback ($ 20 maximum) will be sent to you via Venmo or PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal or Venmo account, you will have to create one and then your refund will accept payment within 30 days. This is the only way to get money.
- There is a limit of one discount per phone number.
It goes without saying that since this is all about buying alcohol, you must be at least 21 years old to take advantage of the offer. And if you’re wondering, seltzer comes in four flavors: black cherry, mango, grapefruit, and lemon-lime.
