FlowHome Turns Your Android Home Screen Into a Useful Personal Broadcast
Android: if you’re a little tired of your phone’s default launcher, FlowHome is an alternative that lets you transfer your favorite apps with one touch, but turns your home screen into scrollable tiles with useful information, updates from your favorite apps and notifications with as shown a lot of information as they should be helpful.
FlowHome looks a bit like HTC Sense and Windows Phone have a little launcher, and while it may not seem very appealing at first, seeing it in action, things become much clearer. The video above gives you a good idea of how it works, but the launcher takes your shared apps and highlights content from those apps right on the launcher so you can click and quickly jump to Twitter updates, Facebook post, Instagram photos, Feedly article or anything else that interests you. It’s all also constantly updated, and new notifications like emails sent to your inbox, text messages, or whatever get their own areas at the top of the launch screen for you to see, reject, or tap to open them. in the application in question.
Of course, the app drawer is one swipe away to the right, and if you have a lot of apps, a quick search built into the launcher will take you straight to the one you want to open. Frequently used apps are hidden right under the Flow Home icon floating on the launch screen in the lower right corner. You can even customize the entire launcher with themes you like instead of sticking to the default layout.
Flow Home has been around for a while, but we tried it recently and it has come a long way. Your experience may be different (some browsers on Google Play liked the previous versions better), but it’s completely free and is definitely a fresh way to interact with your phone. Follow the link below to give it a try.
Update : if you are faced with a request for an invite code, use the invite code LFHCKR . Should work for everyone. Thanks!
