Dropbox for Gmail Now Makes It Easy to Send Large Files to Anyone
Chrome: Earlier this year, Dropbox introduced a Chrome extension to integrate online storage with Gmail. Today, the extension adds great new features, including an easier way to send large files to other users, even if they’re not using Dropbox.
Instead of attaching large files to your emails, you can now simply embed links to files or folders – which means you don’t have to wait for them to download or deal with file size restrictions.
You can now also attach multiple files and folders without putting them together, and quickly add files someone else has sent you to your Dropbox. If your recipient doesn’t have Dropbox, don’t worry – they can still view and download the files you send them.
