Create a Secret Stash in the Doorway to Hide Your Valuables
You’ve probably never thought about hiding something at the top of a door, but that is what makes it a great hideout for small valuables .
In this video from Make YouTube Channel, Sean Michael Ragan shows you how to make your own stash. You will need some sort of protective tube (they used a cigar pipe), a few basic tools and equipment, and a magnet. You will need a hollow interior door for this job, but most modern homes have one. Once you’ve got everything set up, the tube is flush in the door and all you need to access your stash is a magnet. The tube is quite small, but it has enough room for money, jewelry or USB sticks.
