Facebook’s New Moments App Makes It Easy to Share Photos in Private
When you’re in a real-life meeting with friends and family, you know that people are going to lay out their phones to take a bunch of pictures. With the new Facebook Moments app, you can sync all these photos to your phone privately with just a few taps.
You will likely be tagged in many photos thanks to Facebook’s facial recognition technology, but it used to be a bit tricky to upload all of those photos for yourself. Launched today for iOS and Android devices, Moments makes it easy to sync with others’ photo library and organize all of your Facebook photos in one place. You can gift photos to friends and take all the photos that you did not take privately without having to search for the photos you are tagged on. You can even organize and search photos based on who is tagged on them with you for simple photo albums. You can download Moments for free from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store .
