Move Messages Quickly to a Folder in Apple Mail With Keyboard Shortcut
Managing email is never fun, but Finer Things in Tech notes that Apple Mail has a slightly hidden keyboard shortcut that makes moving messages easier.
Typically, to move an email to a folder, you need to right-click it, then select the Move To option, and then the folder. Such a pain. Luckily, once you’ve done this once, you can simply press Command + Option + T to move the messages back to that folder again. You can do this for multiple messages at the same time by Command-clicking all the messages you want to move. It will always just navigate to the last used folder, but it’s still better than clicking on that menu multiple times.
