Use Your Old Kindle to Electronically Exchange Messages on Your Refrigerator
Of course, you can write a note on a piece of paper and attach a magnet to it to attach it to the refrigerator. But if you have an old Kindle and want a sophisticated yet fun new way to leave messages in the refrigerator, DIYer Pete Vojtek shows you how to display notes on your Kindle.
Once you’re done with the setup, you essentially send an email to the account, the Raspberry Pi will check for new emails, then display the email as a web page, and the Kindle will display that page. This is completely absurd, but a funny idea nonetheless. Head over to Peter’s GitHub page for the complete tutorial.
