How to Exit the Windows 10 Start Menu
This is an incredibly elementary “advice”, but it drove me crazy all week. If you click Power from the Windows 10 Start menu, you will be given the option to hibernate, shutdown, or restart. But where the hell is the logout button?
This has been driving me crazy all week: it turns out that you have to click your username all the way to the top of the Start menu to lock your computer or log out.
Windows 8 users might not be surprised by this, since that’s where these options were on the old Start screen. But if you are upgrading from Windows 7 or have had a Windows 8 Start menu replacement , you were probably just as confused as I was.
