Make a Frothy Dairy-Free Latte With Xanthan Gum
If you want to sip on your latte but don’t want dairy or dairy products, just add some xanthan gum.

Xanthan gum is a fairly common thickener in candy and foods, including sauces and salad dressings. Here it interacts with water to thicken the coffee and give it the smooth, creamy texture that can be obtained with a real latte.
