Google Docs Adds in-App Exploration Mode, Dictation and More
Google Docs is rolling out many updates today, including a new exploration mode for the Android app, voice typing in Chrome, and more.
The new research mode for the Android app allows you to do most of the research, including pulling quotes and facts from the web , right in your Android app, without ever having to switch. As far as voice dialing goes, if you’re using Chrome, Android or iOS, you can now use Dictation in Docs to quickly bring your ideas to life. Finally, a new button ” View new changes ” appears so you can see what changes were made to the document while you were away.
