What’s New at Disney + July 2021
It seems that we have been waiting forever, but finally the day has almost come. Yes, Disney Plus is finally premiering a new series, Turner and Hooch , based on the 1989 Tom Hanks classic film without quotes about a cop and his doggy partner. Oh, you can also watch some new Marvel movie if you like that kind of thing. What’s this? A family series about a police officer (where Josh Peck took on the role of Hanks – and I’m sure Disney thanks all the dark spirits he owes for not hiring another star Drake and Josh ) not at the top of your list in 2021? Okay – yes, if you’re willing to shell out the extra $ 30 for Premiere Access, you can also watch Black Widow , a prequel featuring Scar-Joe that was originally due out back in May 2020. The first post-pandemic MCU footage will also air in theaters on the same day if you’re feeling vaccinated and adventurous.) Also this month on the streaming service – for a fee – another delayed theatrical release: Dwayne Johnson / Emily Blunt Strange Couple , the adventure comedy ” Jungle Cruise” . Can Disney turn another troubled theme park ride into a successful franchise ? Well, at least the trailer looks funny .
