Get Energized in the Morning With This Vintage Strongman Routine
A cup of coffee can get you moving in the morning, but it’s not the only way . This invigorating routine requires no special exercise equipment and will keep your blood pumped to keep you awake.
In this video from The Art of Manliness YouTube channel , Brett McKay demonstrates the Get Up and Go program to help you overcome your weakness. The exercises presented are taken from the old routine of strong men, but they are not created so that they tire or tire, but only invigorate. For example, you can only crumple sheets of newspaper into paper balls with your hands. You can then squeeze the paper balls about 75 times per minute to tighten the grip and make the blood pump. You can also do circles with your hands, rotating back and forth, or alternately lift your heels and toes for a minute. Whether you’re doing the entire routine or just picking out a few exercises, you’re sure to find something to get your morning back on its feet.
