Make Super Delicious Sandwich Spreads and Salad Dressings With (Free!) Sauces to Go

I’m quite a big fan of dipping sauces and find they have many uses besides dipping. Sweet chili sauce and the like are obviously great for the intended recipient, but the next time you order a takeout, ask for a couple of additional items and set them aside for later use in sandwich spreads, dressings, and marinades.

These guys have countless uses. Not only are they tastefully packaged , they are usually free! Kitchn has some great ideas (links below), but I recommend whipping some Sichuan pepper sauce into mayonnaise for a delicious pasta, mixing sweet chili sauce in sour cream for a delicious sauce with chips (or vegetables), and shaking up a nice little salad dressing. using peanut sauce and rice vinegar.
