Even if you know what you are doing with computers, things can go wrong. A bad ingredient, a spilled drink, static electricity, a blown water circuit, or even a mischievous pet can ruin everything. Maybe you work in IT and the patch you released crashed all your computers, or maybe you paid some serious money for a fancy new graphics card, installed it and realized that your machine couldn’t support it.
