You Can Now Schedule Skype Calls in Your Outlook Calendar
iOS / Android. Microsoft has certainly invested heavily in increasing the value of its services lately. In a recent Outlook update, Microsoft added the ability to schedule Skype calls that automatically start at a specified time.
Now when you create an event in Outlook for iOS or Android, you can turn on the Skype call switcher. Everyone who is invited to this joint event will receive a simple group chat link as soon as the event starts. This ensures that when you’re ready to start a meeting (or just Friday night), you don’t have to waste time getting all the Skype names and manually dialing the number.
